A Specialty Yudofu Kyoto tofu, a product of history and zen qualities fostered by the ancient temples

Yudofu (simmered tofu) was created as a dish to be served at a tea house in front of the gates of Nanzenji.
It is now served to a wide range of diners as a Junsei specialty.
It is nice to have yudofu as one of the many dishes to fill your table with, but it is also recommended to have a simple yudofu be the main dish of your meal.
Customers can enjoy the luxury of an elegant lunch or dinner at the table.
